The Barre is an exercise which inspired by elements of Pilates, ballet and fitness. Low-impact and high intensity exercise will tone whole body and improve your posture.
I love her class, I have done Pilates on and off for the past 4 years and always thought I knew what I was doing until I did the class with Mai. Mai takes her time to make sure you understand and that you are doing the position correctly. My core was a mess after two big babies with a substantial separation. After doing Pilates regularly with Mai I have reduced the separation and feel much stronger. I would definitely recommend this class.
