What is a Pilates-infused circuit?
it’s more like cardio style exercise with Pilates elements.
Circuit training usually consists of a series of timed exercises performed one after the other with rest between each exercise.
We aim to raise heart rate and try to burn more calories.
Mums & Bubs Pilates
Let’s start to rebuild your pelvic floor, Core, hips, etc, and open your chest.
Suitable for mums with babies before start walking
Mother’s Group
Invite me to mother’s group to restore your pelvic floor and core strength with other mums. Let your little ones enjoy the tummy time or a nap. Have a chat and coffee after the sessions. Workout together is one of the best way to build good relationships.
Swiss ball Pilates
Swiss balls are large inflatable balls. They are great equipment to add to your program. They help improve your posture, core strength, balance, and much more. They are also good for pregnant women.
